The promoter is Land Services SA Operating Pty Limited ACN 618 229 815 as trustee for the Land Services SA Operating Trust ABN 86 836 650 939 trading as Sum Insured (“Sum Insured”).

You must not: tamper with the entry process for the competition; engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition; do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the competition or any Sum Insured or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition; breach any law; or, behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
You may only enter this competition once and you recognise that the competition is a game of chance.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
This competition runs only on Friday, 6 September 2024 at the “2024 Steadfast Expo” in Adelaide, South Australia and Thursday, 19 September 2024 at the “2024 Steadfast Expo” in Paramatta, New South Wales. If this Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
Prizes will be provided as soon as practicable after “spinning the wheel”. The maximum value of any one prize is $275, with the total prize pool being valued up to $2,000. Sum Insured’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is not transferable for cash.
Nothing in these Terms of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Sum Insured (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
Costs associated with accessing Sum Insured’s website, or the medium through which the competition is run, remain your responsibility and may vary depending on the internet service provider used.
In acceptance of any prize from this competition, the winner acknowledges that they may incur additional costs associated with redeeming the prize which are the entire responsibility of the winner.
Once the prize is conferred, i.e. in the possession of the winner or winners, the Promoter is not liable for any incidents or activities engaged in by the winner after the initial point of conferring.
By accepting the Prize, the Winners agree not to engage in any legal or unsafe behaviour whilst redeeming the Prize.
